iBlueYonder has shared a range of new previews and information surrounding its upcoming release of KPDX v2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Located in Portland, Oregon in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S., Portland Airport (KPDX) is undergoing a multi-year project aimed at transforming the airport into a modern and enjoyable experience for travellers. The $2.0 billion renovation project dubbed ‘PDXNext’ is expected to be completed in 2025 and features new and renovated concourses as well as an expanded main terminal.
The all-new version will come with a new detailed terminal building, all new concourse areas and completely re-worked ground textures. There is also four new custom jetways, animated flags, and a custom GSX Pro profile.




As mentioned, iBlueYonder intends to release KPDX v2 tomorrow, 21st March 2025. We will update this post upon its release.
This version will be for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and a native MSFS 2024 version will follow soon. One price will cover both airports. Furthermore, owners of the current version will get 50% for the first 2 months after its release.
