Horizon Simulations Partners with Orbx and Updates their B787-9 to v1.2.

Horizon Simulations’ New Partnership with Orbx

The team at Horizon Simulations announced on their Discord that they are now part of the Orbx partner family. This new partnership enables Horizon Simulations to seamlessly integrate their current products and make their B787-9 and other projects available on the Microsoft Marketplace for both PC and Xbox users.

All current freeware additions will remain free on Orbx Direct and Orbx Central including the upcoming B787X and B747-8F mods, and a large selection of liveries by the Hues By Horizon Simulations Team.

Moving forward, all previously released content from Horizon Simulations will now be available for download via Orbx Central, ensuring the team can easily push important updates to the community at an ease.

Horizon Simulations also mentioned that their Boeing 787-9 will be making its way to the Microsoft Marketplace for PC and Xbox soon, however, this will be a paid add-on. Horizon Simulations hasn’t disclosed the pricing as of yet but has said it will be an affordable, competitive price.

Finally, Horizon Simulations has released v1.2 of the Boeing 787-9 featuring a reworked flight model, improved takeoff dynamics, enhanced Autopilot engagement, updated landing physics and more.

You can download the update via Orbx Central or the Headwind Simulations installer now.
