Whilst many are still waiting to order the Honeycomb Aeronautical Bravo Throttles, Honeycomb gave a glimpse into what the next product will be. Whilst the ‘Charlie’ rudder pedals were teased a few months ago, this is our first proper look at the product.
The Honeycomb Aeronautical Charlie will be officially revealed in a couple of weeks, but the team wanted to showcase a sneak peek as a way to say thank you to customers of the hardware maker. What we do know is that the pedals are made out of metal and includes a solution to ensure that they firmly stay put to the floor when in use.
Honeycomb also wanted to address some of the concerns customers were having trying to reach customer support. Since the pre-orders for the Bravo started, the team saw a huge uptick in customer tickets which the team are now processing as quickly as possible. That said, the team are expanding their team to hire skilled community members to support them during this time. They say that the volume of tickets has risen by 15 times the amount and that Honeycomb are working to make things right again.
Finally, Honeycomb Aeronautical teased that ‘Charlie’ is the next in a long line of products. The team appear to be working on Echo, Delta, Foxtrot, Tango Foxtrot, Zulu, X-Ray and Romeo X-Ray and we’ll be hearing about them all in the near future.
We’ll, of course, continue to provide you with up to date information
Thanks to Sy W for the tip.
