Just over the weekend, HiFi Simulations revealed their big plans for 2016, through the means of FlightSimCon 2016. These ‘big plans’ were for them to release 2 new products for the Flight Sim world: Active Sky 16 and Active Sky Cloud Art.

Brand new web pages dedicated to each product has been released, showing off some new screenshots, as well as details on how the the dynamic texture loading will work.

Both products are also currently in BETA, with a release plan soon to be announced.

I think the real question is, will it still be compatible with the PMDG 777X/NGX series. Fingers crossed it will be.
