GSX Pro has received one of its largest updates to date with the release of version 4.0.0. The latest free update from FSDreamTeam introduces a complete overhaul of the user interface alongside a new economy and invoicing system, additional service vehicles, expanded SimBrief integration, and a substantial list of fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
One of the headline additions in GSX 4.0.0 is the redesigned menu system. The old-school numbered interface has now been replaced with a more modern layout featuring icons, service thumbnails, colour-coded status indicators, and faster menu transitions. The update also introduces greyed-out menu entries for unavailable options and improved restart behaviour for the Couatl engine.
There is now a new economy system. GSX now generates detailed invoices for services such as fuel, boarding, de-icing, catering, GPU operations, and pushback. These invoices are presented in a dedicated viewer within the GSX panel and can also be opened externally in a web browser or saved as PDFs.
Accompanying this is a live tax engine that dynamically calculates taxes and surcharges depending on the departure and destination region. The system supports US federal and state fuel taxes, EU VAT calculations, environmental surcharges, and a wider global VAT fallback database covering over 200 countries.
GSX Pro users will also gain access to a new Mercedes Econic fuel truck featuring significantly more advanced animations and operational detail. According to the changelog, the vehicle includes animated pump interactions, hydraulic platform movements, sound effects tied directly to animations, and improved hose logic for different aircraft types. The update also adds dozens of new real-world fuel operators, including Shell, BP, Chevron, Gazprom, Total Energies, World Fuel Services, and many others.
Another notable addition is expanded SimBrief integration. Users can now access detailed operational flight plan data directly within GSX, including payload, fuel information, weather, and route planning pages through a dedicated in-panel interface.
Beyond the new features, version 4.0.0 includes a lengthy list of fixes targeting refuelling behaviour, Couatl stability, menu responsiveness, passenger boarding issues, parking customisation problems, and various in-flight service bugs.
GSX Pro 4.0.0 is available now as a free update for existing users.
