To inaugurate the new iniBuilds Heathrow Premium scenery releasing today for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, iniBuilds has teamed up with VATSIM UK and Jerry Dyer, better known as the face of BigJetTV, for a special launch event.
Later today from 1600-1800z, BigJetTV will be virtually spotting at Heathrow. The plan is for Jerry to fly in the sim from Amsterdam to Heathrow, and then commence spotting for 30-45 minutes after landing at one of their modelled spotting positions in the new scenery.
Simmers wishing to get their landing immortalised on camera will need to ensure they’re flying on the VATSIM network and aim to arrive at Heathrow within the allotted time. But be wary as the popularity of this event is sure to make for some very crowded airspace and you may be required to fly a holding pattern near the airport, so make sure you know how to do that in your chosen aircraft before flying.
iniBuilds has confirmed that the new version of their much-lauded London Heathrow scenery will be releasing today, March 7, for £21.99. However, customers already owning the MSFS 2020 version of the scenery are entitled to a discounted price of £9.99 (all prices exclude taxes).
