Another Greek island to explore this summer.

Gaya Simulations Confirms Release Window for Corfu Airport

Developer Gaya Simulations has confirmed that their long-awaited Corfu Airport (LGKR) will be released fairly soon. In a new teaser shared on social media, the team confirmed that the “countdown to the holiday season is officially on.”

When Gaya Simulations last previewed Corfu back in February, they said that the project is built around five core pillars: execution and polish, handcrafted visual quality, real-world accuracy, performance, and immersion through lighting and atmosphere. Extensive reference material has been used, with particular attention paid to ground layouts, terminal architecture, apron detail, and the surrounding coastline.

Gaya Simulations confirmed that Corfu Airport will be coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 in June 2026. No specific date was revealed, but it said, “[our] summer escape starts sooner than you think!” We will keep you posted once we learn more.
