Developer Gaya Simulations has released Berlin Tegel Airport (EDDT) for X-Plane 11. The airport sat in the heart of the city currently sees a number of airlines operate to the airport including easyJet, Ryanair, Eurowings and others fly to numerous destinations around Europe.
Gaya Simulations has said that this airport has been given extensive details through the modelling and texture work, whilst making sure that performance is good for those who use the scenery in X-plane 11. The team spent months looking at documents, reference imagery and other sources to recreate the German airport in the simulator.
Whilst the airport may soon be closing in the real-world, simmers can take advantage of the airport in the sim and perform some retro routes or take part in some of the final flights.
