Gate15Scenery Releases Tokushima International Airport for MSFS

Gate15Scenery, renowned for its high-quality Japanese sceneries, has released its latest Japanese airport add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS), Tokushima Airport (RJOS).

A joint civil and military installation, Tokushima Airport (RJOS) is located in the South of Japan, serving the city of Tokushima which is primarily known for it’s Awa Odori dance festival, the largest festival in Japan. Originally constructed as an airbase for the Japanese Imperial Navy in 1941, it has over time grown to become a small but important regional civil airport, serving exclusively domestic routes. The airport underwent major renovations in both 1987 and 2010, leading to the extension of its runway and the opening of a new passenger terminal building. Today, the airport sees a handful of regional carriers comprising All Nippon Airways, J-Air, and Japan Airlines operate services to regional destinations including Tokyo-Haneda and Fukuoka.

Gate15Scenery has released its rendition of this small, yet charming domestic Japanese airport for MSFS. In addition to capturing the airport in its current state, featuring high-quality textures and accurate 3D modeling, the product also features several custom objects and vehicles increasing the level of immersion, as well as dynamic lighting. Users will further be pleased to know that the product comes with a fully modeled terminal interior, as well as certain art objects placed in the surrounding area of the terminal building.

Should you feel the need to explore a new destination along Japan’s Eastern seaboard, then feel free to head over Gate15Scenery’s simMarket store page where you can buy Tokushima International Airport (RJOS) for €14.80 E.x. VAT.
