South Africa has been without various add-on airports for some time, and over the past few months, we have seen a shift on that. Developer, Gaffer Simulations has today released another major airport in the region, namely O.R. Tambo International Airport. The airport serves as the main airport of Johannesburg and is actually the continents’ busiest airport, handling 28 million passengers per year. A range of local and international serve the airport on a frequent basis.
Gaffer Simulations state that the airport features high quality and detailed airport buildings and textures, along with SODE jetways, dynamic lighting, and custom groundwork throughout. They have changed the ICAO designator within the sim from the old FAJS to FAOR, so it may impact your AI traffic plans if you have any installed.
You can buy the product now from simMarket for 16.00 euros and is available only for Prepar3D V4.
