Whilst Prepar3D users are using the Just Flight 146 Professional in their simulator, X-Plane 11 users are still having to wait for it to be made available. That said, Just Flight wanted to share the current development progress with the X-Plane 11 version along with some new screenshots.
The work for the X-Plane 11 continues at pace with many of the features and functionality now complete. This includes a custom model, custom systems and various effects that can only be found on the X-Plane 11 version thanks to the engine within the simulator. According to the developer, “PBR textures is now complete and systems coding is progressing well.”
In the same Facebook post, Just Flight said that development is starting to wrap up and the current aim is to release the Just Flight 146 Professional for X-Plane 11 in January 2021.
Of course, FSElite will keep you updated with progress and also news of when the product is released. If you want to learn more about the plane, be sure to watch our first look on the plane. It is for the Prepar3D version, but the modelling and systems should be almost like-for-like across simulators.
