Whilst Just Flight has been sharing plenty of previews for their BAe 146 Professional on X-Plane and the PA-28R Arrow for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Prepar3D owners are keenly awaiting the A300B4-200. On Facebook today, Just Flight shared key new information on the product and confirmed a new weather radar which is compatible with Active Sky for Prepar3D.
The post on Facebook says “we’ve recently fitted some (relatively) new technology to our classic A300B4” and then confirmed which pieces of technology simmers can find in the aircraft. In addition to both sides of the cockpit will featuring the weather radar technology, a working TCAS and FMS have also been added. For those pilots who want to fly something more traditional will be able to switch to VSI and INS navigation.
Furthermore, a short video previewing the engine sounds for both the CF6 and the JT9D variants was also shared through the Just Flight YouTube channel.
No release date has been shared by Just Flight yet, but the previews continue to come in thick and fast so we can hope it will be sooner than later.
Will you fly with the more tradition navigation equipment or fly the Airbus A300 B4-200 with more modern technology when the product releases?
