FSWeekend has confirmed its dates for 2024. The popular flight sim show set in the Netherlands will take place on March 16 and 17 at the Aviodrome museum.
The last iteration of the show was held in early November of 2022. Though this means that the show will skip 2023, Niels from the FSWeekend leadership team stated that this date will guarantee a suitable date for all parties involved for the next couple of years. The show will continue to be held at the Aviation Museum Aviodrome, located in Lelystad. The museum has a large number of aircraft on display that have shaped the aviation industry in The Netherlands as well as many other countries. The museum also features a recreation of the old Amsterdam Schiphol airport, but most impressively, it features one of KLM’s Boeing 747’s complete with interior for you to explore both outside and in.
FSWeekend Last Year
Last year’s show also hosted a wide variety of community groups and developers. iniBuilds, Aerosoft, Laminar Research, Honeycomb Aeronautical and FlyByWire Simulations were some of our personal favourites from the 2022 edition. The show also saw a wide variety of hardware builders and cockpit setups. As for the 2024 edition, no exhibitors have been confirmed yet, but we’ll keep you updated as more information comes out.
