During the latest Microsoft Flight Simulator Developer Stream, FS Reborn’s upcoming Piper M600 was officially revealed as Expert Series 02, with the aircraft currently targeting a June 2026 release window. The new previews give us a better look at the next expert series aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator’s expanding range.
The Piper M600 is a pressurised single-engine turboprop aircraft powered by the Pratt & Whitney PT6A engine and fitted with Garmin G3000 avionics. Known for combining performance, comfort, and modern technology, the aircraft has become a popular option in the owner-flown and business aviation space.
According to details shared during the stream, the Piper M600 will include a number of advanced features, such as functional circuit breakers, detailed engine logic and startup procedures, consequence-based operations, a realistic aircraft wear and maintenance system, and customisable realism options.

FS Reborn’s well-known “HALO” simulation systems are also expected to be included, adding additional depth to engine handling and aircraft management.
It was also confirmed that Working Title is assisting with the aircraft’s Garmin G3000 avionics suite. Given the team’s strong reputation for avionics development within Microsoft Flight Simulator, expectations will be high for a feature-rich and authentic cockpit experience.
Whilst no exact release date or pricing has been confirmed, FS Reborn is currently aiming to launch the Piper M600 in June 2026. As always, timelines can shift during development, but with the aircraft now formally announced, more previews and feature showcases are likely in the weeks ahead.
We’ll continue to follow development and share further updates once they become available.
