FSRealistic Announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator

A brand new sound and camera effect add-on has been announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Speaking on the official Flight Simulator Discord, RoyKro said that development for the add-on is ongoing. For those unfamiliar with RoyKro, he is a developer for rkApps, the creator of XPRealitsic.

XPRealistic, for X-Plane 11, features 40 different effects and over 120 sound effects. Based on the new FSRealistic website, we assume that similar features will be made available for the Microsoft Flight Simulator version. The new website simply has an email signup box and a brief reference back to XPRealistic. Other than that, there’s no new information. RoyKro said that the application will make the new simulator “more realistic and fun.“

We’ll be sure to keep a close eye on the development as a camera system is very much desired for feature for Microsoft Flight Simulator. You can sign up to the mailing list on the new FSRealistic website or stick with FSElite to stay up to date.
