Update: The developer has commented below saying that the files are still being prepared by simMarket and will be made available soon.
Released earlier this year, developer FSimStudios has updated Cancun to version 1.2. The new version includes a configurator tool, which enables the user to deactivate airlines, vegetation and dynamic lighting. This is a feature we mentioned we would like to see in our most recent review. Furthermore, the AFCAD has been improved to fix some other minor issues.
To install the new version, you will need to uninstall the old version, download the new update from simMarket and install Cancun from FSimStudios. It’s worth noting that the developer said that the changes to the scenery itself are minimal.
In regards to the upcoming expansion, which will include more details outside of the airport, FSimStudios confirmed that it is due to go into beta very soon.
