FSimStudios Shares a Couple More Cancun Previews

Many developers are now heading off for their Christmas vacations and sharing a few sneak peaks to tie everyone over during the break. One said developer is FSimStudios who are hard at work on their rendition of Cancun Airport (MMUN) in Mexico. The popular coastal airport sees plenty of traffic from all over the world thanks to it’s warm climate and huge number of beach resorts.

As mentioned, they wanted to share a couple of sneak peaks before their vacation. Although it doesn’t show us much, it’s an airport that needs some love, so we wanted to pass them on to you also. Some new details were also mentioned including that this airport will be Prepar3D V4 only. Also the developer mentioned a week ago that they are looking to cover the whole airport and hotel zone. They said there is also a possibility that they may cover more of the city post-release. As for PBR texturing, the team haven’t done any work on it, but may consider it in the future as other developers implement it.

We previously shared earlier preview renders of the airport.
