Scenery developer FSimStudios has provided an extensive look at what the future for them looks like for the rest of the year. In total, the team made six announcements in their Facebook post from new support portals to estimated timeframes for their upcoming slate of airport releases.
First up, FSimStudios wanted to let their customers know they have a brand new website and webstore. The new site brings a fresh design and an easier way for people to buy their products. Perhaps more excitingly, the new site paves way for the new FSimStudios Manager. This new platform will enable customers to easily buy and update their products through a centralised platform. There’s still a few months of development work going on for the product, but once ready, will make things easier for customers.
Those who have been waiting on Vancouver for Microsoft Flight Simulator will be pleased to know the release is just a few days away. FSimStudio said that the development took longer than hoped due to some issues encountered during the process, but they are now fixed and now just polishing things up before a release. FSimStudios did also share a handful of previews from Vancouver in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Further to Vancouver, the team is also working on Halifax (CYHZ), Calgary (CYYC) and also London Airport (CYXU). Right now, Halifax is due to release first in the first quarter of the year, with London and Calgary afterwards. London is scheduled for the second quarter, with Calgary towards the end of Q2 / early Q3.
