FSElite is excited to confirm that members of the team will be attending Sim Gaming Expo 2026 later this week.
Running from September 18th to 20th, 2026, the event will be held at the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. Doors are open from 12:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday, 10:00am until 6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am until 5:00pm on Sunday.
Unlike dedicated flight simulation events such as FlightSimExpo, Sim Gaming Expo covers a much broader selection of simulation genres. Sim racing has a significant presence, but flight simulation, trucking, farming, VR and other forms of simulation are also represented throughout the weekend.
For flight simmers in particular, there are a number of familiar names amongst the exhibitors.
MOZA Racing will be at the show, with the manufacturer now having an increasingly substantial presence in flight simulation alongside its established sim racing products. Its flight simulation range includes controls such as its force feedback bases, throttles and other cockpit hardware. Pimax will also be exhibiting, with its high-resolution PCVR headsets having long been of interest to flight simmers looking to fly in virtual reality.
On the software side, TFDi Design is attending the event. The developer will be particularly familiar to Microsoft Flight Simulator users through its airliner products. A number of other flight simulation hardware companies are also on the exhibitor list, including Alpine Sim Instruments, ROWSFIRE and Motozolo, alongside dozens of companies covering racing, VR and the wider simulation market.
The show floor itself is intended to be hands-on, with attendees able to try simulation hardware and software, see new and upcoming products and speak directly with manufacturers. There will also be presentations and workshops, live competitions and opportunities to meet creators and other members of the simulation community.
FSElite at Sim Gaming Expo
On Saturday at 10:45am, FSElite’s Calum Martin will be giving a presentation covering how to get started in flight simulation and how to build a community around the hobby.
The session will be aimed at those who may be discovering flight simulation through the wider simulation community, as well as anyone interested in how online communities can help people get more from the hobby.
We will also be on the show floor, bringing the action back to you guys at home.
