Writing this 12 days ahead of the event may seem like it’s way too early, but we have a lot left to do in preparation for FlightSimExpo 2025. We say it each year, but this time, we mean it; this will be our biggest show ever. Plus, we want you to be able to plan your trip accordingly with as much knowledge as possible.
We know how important these shows are for our community, and we plan on doing our best to cover everything to the best of our ability. So, here is what we have planned and how we will be taking on event coverage this year.

FlightSimExpo 2025 Pre-Show
Going live approximately 12:00 ET / 16:00 Z
A first for us this year, we will be presenting a special pre-show recording to share with you our expectations for FlightSimExpo 2025. We give our best guesses about what to expect during #FSExpoFriday and also what we’re hoping to see out on the exhibit floor over the weekend.
This will be just the warm-up for the main event. Add to your calendar!
News and Headlines from FSExpo Friday
As always, we will be covering all of the headlines and news from FSExpo Friday. On June 27th, we’re expecting some big announcements from some of the industry’s biggest and best developers. Our home page will be updated regularly and promptly as the news happens so you can get the information you need as it happens. Plus, you can watch along at home live as it happens.
Plus, any breaking news that happens during the weekend, our roving reporter will be on the case, sniffing out the juiciest of news. You won’t want to leave FSElite during FlightSimExpo 2025 weekend.

Once the show floor is open, join us LIVE for a show floor tour of the whole of FlightSimExpo 2025. See how each booth looks and who’s there. We’ll be starting right at the exhibit floor entrance and looping our way around the floor until we reach the FSElite Stage.
FSElite Stage
Going live at 09:50 ET / 13:50 Z – Happening ALL weekend
Our FSElite Stage kicks off on Saturday at 09:50. From there, we have a day of announcements and developer deep-dives happening right on the show floor. If you’re there in person, come along and watch some great talks and announcements. At home? No worries, you can buy a ticket for the online-only event for $15.00 USD and get access to the whole stage content live as it happens.
FSElite Meet ‘n Greet

FSElite Suite – Interviews
As this is our 10th Anniversary, we are preparing a studio space for a select number of developers to talk to us in the FSElite Suite. Expect deep-dive developer chats about all things flight sim-related. Expect these to be uploaded during the weekend and the week of FSExpo.
Exhibitor Booth Interviews and Overviews
Feedback from the past is that you want to see more content from the booths that exhibitors put together. We hear you and agree! This is why we’ll be doing interviews with developers at their booths, along with booth overviews for as many developers as we can. The format will vary depending on the type of products and booth type, but our mission is to make sure you see as much of the show as possible.

After Show Content
We plan on making sure to provide you with content even after the show ends. We expect plenty of news, snippets and bits of cool information to come from the show.
