After showing off a few screenshots earlier today, Laminar Research got in touch with us via Twitter to let us know that they had a wealth of new screenshots to share with us. By wealth, we mean over 100 new previews.
The previews are all from the same flight as described in our previous post. It’s also worth noting that whilst Vulkan is an exciting prospect for X-Plane 11, it’s all very much back-end stuff and won’t provide significant immediate changes to the visuals within the simulator. These previews are to demonstrate that third-party aircraft, in their current state, will work after Vulkan has been applied.
To not hammer our servers, we’ve uploaded 20 of the 144 shots available. Many of them are similar – just to set your expectation. You can find the rest at the Google Drive link below.
