FS2Crew will be busy for some time as they have announced a slew of new products for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The information shared with FSElite confirms that the FlyByWire A320NX mod and Aerosoft’s CRJ will get FS2Crew products and a new version of RAAS is also coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Both the Aerosoft CRJ and the FlyByWire A32NX packs will feature the ability to have a multi-crew environment specific to those aircraft. Both of the aircraft products will be both button and voice controlled. RAAS Professional, on the other hand, will provide Runway Awareness and Advisory System to any aircraft within the simulator. We imagine it won’t be too dissimilar to the one already available for Prepar3D.
Whilst there are next to no details about the products themselves, FS2Crew are gearing up for the products already by adding them to their forums hosted over on Avsim.
Furthermore to the new product announcements, Pushback Express and Flight Crew A320 has been updated for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In addition, the PMDG 747 Queen of the Skies II has been updated to version 1.9. Changes for the PMDG 747 QOTII are listed down below.
Fixes and Changes:
- New Config Option: DISABLE FO CTRL STAB TRIM. This is useful if for whatever reason you want to set the stab trim manually.
- Runway Turn Off and Taxi lights will now come on when gear selected down, not at 10,000 feet.
- Removed possibility that FO could ask you twice if you want the flaps left down during the taxi in due to contaminated runways.
- New possible voice response for the “Transponder” challenger in SOP 2. “Code Checked Transponder” is now a possible response.
