The team behind a range of training tools and syllabi within flight simulation, FS Academy, has announced their newest training suite for virtual pilots. INTERCEPTOR for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will give you training tools to learn about various navigation modes, learn IFR skills and understand various cockpit types.
There are 30 missions in the training pack designed to support you in becoming an IFR-pro. A real-world airline captain has made this suite of training packages for an authentic experience. You will be given experience in instrument scanning, VOR and NDB navigation, use of Omni-Bearing Selector (OBS), learn about DME arcs, and also accounting for wind drift. All of these topics will apply to all kinds of flying from smaller GA aircraft to larger airline jets.
