The discussion on the forum began with a light-hearted debate about whether or not regular development previews of upcoming sceneries are a good thing for the community.
FlyTampa has acknowledged that too many previews lead to heightened anticipation of an imminent release. They also acknowledged that when development delays occur this can lead to frustration within the community thus putting pressure on the company itself. These issues, as well as the lack of budget infrastructure, are the reasons why FlyTampa are reluctant to reveal pre-planned release dates.
FlyTampa were keen to propose a solution by saying; “One solution would be to keep everything under wraps until a release time becomes a certainty”.
To finish the conversation, FlyTampa teased by saying; “I don’t think release dates have ever been shared here, but in exception for Vegas, I can share that the plan is for April…this year :)”.
