FlyTampa Developing Amsterdam Airport for X-Plane

Popular developer FlyTampa has taken to Facebook to tease a new project coming to X-Plane. The team who are behind favourites such as Toronto, Boston and Athens has confirmed that work has begun on a new airport for X-Plane.

Although the team didn’t officially confirm it is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (EHAM), the iconic air traffic controller tower in the silhouette-style image does give it away. This is also backed up by many commentators on Facebook saying as such. Exact platforms were not specified at this time.

In terms of who from FlyTampa is developing Schiphol for X-Plane, it is confirmed that it will be Emilios from the team. No other images or information was shared at this time.

With FlyTampa committed to all three simulator platforms, the team will surely be busy bringing their airports to life across all the platforms. We’re excited to see how Amsterdam will look in the world of X-Plane.
