FlyMex Software Releases Mexico City International Airport for MSFS

Continuing to focus their efforts on the country of Mexico, FlyMex Software has released their rendition of the country’s most important international hub, Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport (MMMX), for MSFS.

Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport (MMMX) is an international airport located within the neighborhood of Peñón de Los Baños, about 3nm to the northeast of Mexico City’s city center. Diving into the historical past, the airport has an extensive aviation history. Some of the first flights took place as far back as 1910, when the airport’s grounds were used for aeronautical activities. Today, the airport is considered the main gateway to Mexico and is the busiest international hub across all of Latin America. Also, the airport serves as the central hub for SkyTeam alliance affiliate and Mexican flag carrier AeroMexico and regional carrier AeroMar, and low-cost carrier Volaris.

Rendering homage to this historic and vital international aviation hub, scenery developer FlyMex Software has released its rendition of Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport (MMMX) for MSFS. Although the developer did not publish an official feature list, the scenery does seem to include most, if not all, essential airport buildings and seems to feature an up-to-date ground layout among others.

Should you feel a desire to render Mexico City a visit, then feel free to head over to the simMarket online store, where FlyMex Software’s Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport (MMMX) is now available for purchase for €16.49 E.x. VAT.
