At long last, FlyJSim has released the highly anticipated Q4XP for X-Plane. The Q4XP promises to be a high quality rendition of the De Havilland Canada Dash 8, or Dash 8 or Q400 for short. The Dash 8 is a very popular regional prop plane, and a favourite of many simmers, mostly due to its capabilities, operations and ability to fly in and out of certain placers that not all jetliners are able to.
FlyJSim’s Q4XP features a high quality, highly detailed exterior as well as interior of the plane. The team has put a lot of effort into ensuring that all the controls of the virtual cockpit work as they should in real life. The team has also included a lot of systems depth, with simulations of several different airplane systems that interact with each other or the plane. The team has included electrical systems, pneumatic systems, radios and recording systems and more.
FlyJSim’s Q4XP also includes a custom UNS-1Ew FMS, that will allow you to set your flight plane up in an accurate manner, set up RNAV, RNP, SID and STAR procedures, and features LNAV and VNAV support. The plane also features interaction with several third party add-ons, such as pushback support with Better-Pushback, or compatibility with Honeycomb hardware. The plane is also fully compatible with Pilot Edge and VATSIM.
FlyJSim’s Q4XP is available right now for $79.95.
