Following hot on the heels of a major update to their Spitfire, FlyingIron Simulations has released a new hotfix. This hotfix aims to fix some issues introduced with the 1.3.0 update, such as issues with the sound, that was reported by users. Also fixed is the workshop timing section in the tablet, that caused an increase in the rate of wear and tear. The full changelog for the update can be found below. The update is available right now through your FlyingIron Simulations account. MSFS Marketplace customers may need to wait for a little while still, as the update is currently awaiting Microsoft approval.

  • Booster pump volume increased
  • Added Marshaller
  • New prop drag/disc braking logic
  • Improved elevator and rudder trim response for keybinds, mouse drag & mouse wheel
  • Increased torque & tuned aileron trim effectiveness to match
  • Removed canopy G-force slide
  • Fixed tablet workshop wear and tear timing
  • Fixed bug where GPS & Autopilot drew power when invisible/unused
  • Fixed startup fire when magnetos are off
  • Fixed ground effect inbalance issue
