Fly X Simulations has released a final update via their website on their upcoming scenery, Lanzarote for X-Plane.
In the third and final development update, Fly X Simulations tell us that they are still working on the project, even though recent radio silence may have suggested otherwise. They write that they have been working hard re-texturing the main terminal, Apron and ground markings to include HD PBR materials as well as adding static ground vehicles and ground wear and dirt to give the airport a more realistic feel.
Fly X Simulations also discuss when the possible release date will be and answer questions surrounding pricing for the product too. The date for intended release is Saturday 3rd August. The release will be accompanied by a group flight hosted on Vatsim from Gatwick to Lanzarote to celebrate the launch.
Surprisingly, Fly X Simulations will be releasing Lanzarote to the community for free. The scenery will be uploaded onto the X-Plane forums ready for download in the morning of Saturday 3rd August, providing all goes to plan.
