Developers Fly X Simulations has today announced that they are in the process of wrapping up development for their new Rovaniemi scenery. The product, Rovaniemi Rebooted, features an up-to-date rendition of the product with all new buildings, improved texturing and many other features including snow and winter effects. Rovaniemi airport is the third busiest in Finland with mostly seasonal routing from the likes of Aer Lingus, easyJet, TUI and frequent flights from Finnair to Helsinki.
The airport product will also feature high-resolution PBR texturing, custom Autogate jetways and trees along with a detailed interior model of the airport building. As you can also see, there are two modes: winter and summer.
The airport is currently in alpha testing with a release planned for early December with a price of $17.99. Once it has been released on X-Plane, we’ll let you know.
