FlightSimExpo 2026 organisers have shared the first detailed look at this year’s exhibit hall with the release of the official interactive floorplan, giving attendees an overview of what to expect when the event returns to the Saint Paul RiverCentre from June 12-14, 2026.
The annual event continues to grow in scale, with more than 90 flight simulation and aviation organisations now confirmed to attend. This year’s show floor will feature over 70 exhibitors ranging from aircraft developers and scenery creators to hardware manufacturers, training organisations, and community groups. You can view the floorplan here.
As in previous years, the exhibit hall will serve as the central hub for product reveals, hands-on demonstrations, community meetups, and live presentations throughout the weekend. The newly revealed layout also highlights returning areas such as the Media Partner Lounge, developer presentation stages, and various community-focused spaces spread throughout the venue.

Flight Simulation Association says the exhibit hall is designed to encourage attendees to interact directly with developers and products, whether that means testing new hardware, trying upcoming software releases, or attending live demonstrations from creators and studios across the industry.
Alongside the main exhibition area, attendees will once again be able to participate in workshops and interactive sessions covering a broad range of topics, including scenery development, aircraft design, 3D modelling, simulator-based training, and aviation career mentorship opportunities in partnership with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow.
Developer networking remains a key focus of the event. Exhibitors and sponsors will have access to the dedicated Exhibitors Lounge, sponsored by Parallel 42, while the FlightSimExpo Developer Conference returns on Thursday, June 11, ahead of the public opening of the show floor.
Speaking as part of the announcement, Calum Martin described the conference as an important gathering point for the development community.
“FSElite is proud to support FlightSimExpo Developer Conference for its fourth year,” said Calum Martin, Content Director at FSElite. “FlightSimExpo is the world’s biggest gathering of flight sim developers. We’ve made Thursday a safe space for developers, publishers, and real-world aviation to network around ideas and how they can work together to support simmers.”
Flight Simulation Association also confirmed several additional partners have joined the event since the previous update in April, including Next Level Racing, JetStream Designs, FlyingArt, and Echo 19 Audio Production.
iniBuilds CEO Ubaid Massa also confirmed the company’s attendance at this year’s show as a Diamond+ Sponsor, teasing upcoming announcements planned for both #FSExpoFriday and presentations taking place on the FSElite Stage.
Outside of the exhibit hall itself, attendees can also register for optional tours and social experiences taking place around Saint Paul during the event weekend. FlightSimExpo organisers confirmed that sign-ups for exhibit hall activities and experiences open on May 16 at 12pm CDT. You can view the page here.
For those unable to attend in person, selected portions of the event will once again be streamed online through the FlightSimExpo Online ticket option. You can learn more about that here.
