Planning on heading to Las Vegas for FlightSimExpo 2027? Flight Simulation Association has now released the first batch of travel discounts for attendees, covering hotels, flights and more.
FlightSimExpo 2027 takes place from June 11th to 13th at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, marking the event’s return to Las Vegas for the first time since 2024. Friday will once again feature the developer announcement seminars, an early exhibit hall preview and the Attendee Social, before the main exhibition takes place across Saturday and Sunday.
For those looking to stay at the Westgate, discounted rooms are now available from $169 per night, including taxes and fees. Those booking through the official FlightSimExpo room block will also get free parking, reduced resort fees and a complimentary welcome drink. The room block will remain available until May 17th, 2027, or until it sells out. You can book your hotels here.
Flight discounts are also available with a number of airlines, including Delta, Southwest, United and Air France-KLM, along with codeshare partners such as Air Canada, Lufthansa, Virgin Atlantic and WestJet. Additional discounts are available for car rentals and various Las Vegas attractions.
Organisers recommend arriving by Thursday and departing on Monday if you want to make the most of the optional tours and experiences that typically take place around the main show.
Attendee registration will open in December, with special rates once again being offered to FSA Captains.
FlightSimExpo 2027 will be the eighth edition of the event and the third to take place in Las Vegas, following the inaugural show at the Flamingo in 2018 and its return to the city in 2024.
