Tickets are now on sale for FlightSimExpo 2026, North America’s largest flight simulation conference. This year, the annual event heads to the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota, and takes place from June 12–14, 2026. Last year’s event in Providence, RI, saw more than 40 seminars and developer announcements, 80 exhibitors, and hosted an estimated 3,000 attendees. Put on by the Flight Simulation Association (FSA), an organization that promotes and grows flight simulation as both a hobby and a valuable real-world training aid, the three-day event is open to simmers, developers, and aviation enthusiasts of all levels.
Schedule
FlightSimExpo 2026’s schedule kicks off on Friday, June 12, with #FSExpoFriday, dedicated to major product reveals, announcements, and updates from leading developers. Following this, in-person attendees will get early access to the exhibit hall for the new ‘Friday exhibit hall preview’, where they can go hands-on with the latest simulator hardware and software, and connect with developers and fellow simmers, before the weekend crowds.
Saturday and Sunday feature seminars, Q&A panels, and workshops covering a variety of flight simulation topics. Attendees can spend the weekend exploring the exhibit hall, which features the latest flight sim software and hardware, manufacturers, virtual airlines, live air traffic control (ATC) demonstrations, and more. Optional off-site tours are also planned for Friday, June 12, and Monday, June 15. FlightSimExpo staff recommend that attendees plan to arrive in Saint Paul by Thursday, June 11, and leave on Monday, June 15, for the full event experience.
Pricing
This year, organizers have set out to make the show more affordable than ever. An ‘Entire Event’ ticket, which includes all seminars and workshops, three-day exhibit hall access, welcome reception, morning refreshments, and exclusive post-event seminar recordings, is priced at $75 for general attendees—a $5 reduction from last year’s price. Members of the Flight Simulation Association, an even better deal is available: the first 200 to register will secure the Entire Event ticket for just $50.

FSA will again be offering an “Online-Only Registration” pass to access the full schedule of live and recorded seminars without having to travel to Saint Paul, while the major product announcements on #FSExpoFriday are typically streamed free of charge on the Expo’s YouTube channel. Tickets for the Online-Only option will go on sale in May.
Discounted Airfare and Hotel Rates
