New: Friday Exhibitor Floor Hours

New to FlightSimExpo 2026 will be the ability to head to the show floor from Friday afternoon (from 12pm – 7pm). This is the first time that the exhibit floor will be accessible to the general public on Friday. It will be a preview of the full event space, with the entire floor open from Saturday, 13th June 2026.

Over 40 Exhibitors Already Confirmed

More than 40 exhibitors have already committed to attending the 2026 show, with further announcements expected in the months ahead. FlightSimExpo has built a reputation for bringing together a broad mix of developers, hardware manufacturers, training organisations, and community groups, giving attendees a rare opportunity to meet the people behind the products they use every day.

Diamond+ sponsor Navigraph will once again have a significant presence on the show floor. In addition to providing personalised attendee badges, the team will be showcasing an upcoming release and offering hands-on demonstrations of its product suite, including SimBrief and Navigraph Academy.

New for 2026: The Combat Arena

A new feature debuting this year is the Combat Arena, presented by Grinnelli Designs. Designed as a high-energy, interactive space on the show floor, the arena will host air combat challenges, team-based operations, and airshow-style experiences across the weekend. Organisers say prizes will be up for grabs, adding a competitive edge to the community-driven atmosphere.

Discounted Airfare and Hotel Rates

To make travel easier, discounted hotel room rates starting at $149/night plus tax are available. Hotel rooms are likely to sell out quickly, so be sure to secure yours as soon as possible. Airfare discounts from major carriers, including Delta, United, and Southwest, are also available for those traveling by air to MSP.
