FlightSimExpo 2025 is just over 6 months away. North America’s largest flight simulation show will be taking place at the Rhode Island Convention Center on June 27th to June 29th 2025. Before the end of the year, you will be able to secure your tickets for the whole weekend for just $50 USD.
Starting on December 14th 2024 at 12pm ET, you will be able to register for FlightSimExpo 2025. Friday-Sunday registration includes all seminars, exhibit hall access, a free welcome reception, and exclusive access to all seminars post-event.
The first 250 Flight Simulation Association Captains to register will be able to get the whole weekend pass for just $50. If you’re not one of the first 250 people, you will still get 20% off the normal price. You need to be registered on the FSA website, and if you’re not already, you can become a FSA Captain for just $4 USD per month (billed annually). Being an FSA Captain also grants you access to a bunch of perks and discounted products.
If you’re not an FSA Captain, you can register a free FSA account (First Officer) and get 10% off your FlightSimExpo ticket. You can sign up for free on the FSA website.,
Non-member pricing for Friday-Sunday access begins at $80, with Weekend or Online-Only options available too.

FlightSimExpo 2025 kicks off on Friday, June 27 2025 with #FSExpoFriday Seminars at 1pm. The afternoon session will see a selection of developers announce all new exciting products for the year ahead. On Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th, the floor will be open to registered attendees to try out the latest hardware, test upcoming software and interact with like-minded people. Throughout the weekend, expect organised trips, a series of talks, and social events.

Who Will Be Exhibiting?
No one has officially been announced yet, but we no doubt will hear from people next year. Expect names in software, hardware, and other areas of flight simulation to all be present in Rhode Island in June 2025.
