FlightSimExpo 2025 tickets are now available to purchase. The largest North American flight simulation conference will be taking place at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence on June 27-29 2025.
After welcoming more than 2,400 attendees to Las Vegas earlier this year, one of the world’s largest dedicated flight simulation events is headed to New England! The convention will feature developers, non-profits, virtual airlines, air traffic control demos, seminars, product announcements, off-site activities and tours, and much more.
As with previous years, FlightSimExpo 2025 will kick off with FSExpoFriday where developers and publishers will reveal to the world their upcoming products. After that, spend the whole weekend in the 85,000 exhibition square foot hall to go hands-on with new software and hardware, along with meeting your favourite developers.
An ‘Entire Event’ registration includes all seminars, exhibit hall access on Saturday and Sunday, a free drink at Friday’s Welcome Reception, coffee and tea on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and exclusive access to post-event seminar recordings. All this starts at just $50, for the first 250 FSA Captains to register.
Entire Event pricing for non-members is $80, with Weekend or Online-Only options available too.

FlightSimExpo 2025 kicks off on Friday, June 27 2025 with #FSExpoFriday Seminars at 1pm. The afternoon session will see a selection of developers announce all new exciting products for the year ahead. On Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th, the floor will be open to registered attendees to try out the latest hardware, test upcoming software and interact with like-minded people. Throughout the weekend, expect organised trips, a series of talks, and social events.
