FlightSimExpo 2025 is now only 3-weeks (ish) away, and we now know the final floorplan and exhibitor list. It’s going to be a packed one, and we’re thrilled to be a major part of the show.
More than 70 exhibitors will grace the show floor this year, bringing their latest software and hardware for the flight simulation community to see.
Alongside 70+ exhibitors, the 2025 floorplan features three stages with content from developers, content creators, pilots, aeronautical engineers, and more. Attendees can relax with their favorite Twitch and YouTube streamers in the 2025 Media Partner Lounge, sponsored by FSElite, MrSquirrelLee, and Slant Alpha Adventures.
FlightSimExpo participants also get access to hands-on workshops and interactive demos of cockpit building, aircraft and scenery design, interaction with online ATC, and much more.
FSElite Stage
We have a jam-packed weekend full of product announcements, developer deep dives and much more on the FSElite Stage. Right on the show floor, we are thrilled to welcome an amazing array of talent to join us. We’ll be sharing additional details on our stage plans soon, but for now, check out this post.
The Exhibitor’s Lounge
New for 2025, Exhibitors and Sponsors are invited to The Exhibitors Lounge, sponsored by Parallel 42. Exhibitor and Sponsor delegates enjoy refreshments and snacks throughout the weekend, along with a quiet place to relax and network with fellow developers. Exhibitors and Sponsors also have exclusive access to the FlightSimExpo Developer Conference, happening on Thursday, June 26.
Developer Conference

You can buy weekend tickets from FlightSimExpo’s website right now. These will give you access to everything from Friday through to Sunday, including the FSExpo Friday announcement session.
FlightSimExpo 2025 is taking place between June 27th and June 29th 2025 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Tickets are selling fast, with many hotel rooms now reaching capacity.
