FlightSimExpo 2023 Registration Opens on December 17th

The largest flight simulation conference in North America will be opening its doors in Houston, Texas on June 23rd for a weekend of seminars, product announcements, and community gatherings. Being the first year since 2019 that FlightSimExpo has been truly accessible to the world, the show promises to be a return to form with plenty of developers and community members planning on being part of the occasion.

Get Tickets for $50

If you’re signed up for Flight Simulation Association, the first 200 people to register will be able to get a Friday to Sunday all-access pass for just $50, a saving of $30. Only FSA members will have the chance to get the deal, so be sure to sign up now and be in with a chance to score a great price.

The Show Itself

Held across two locations near Houston’s Hobby Airport (HOU), FlightSimExpo 2023 will offer flight
simulation fans the chance to interact with developers, try out the latest hardware, hear the latest
developments, and meet fellow sim enthusiasts.

The event kicks off on Friday, June 23 with a series of seminars and announcements from some of
flight simulation’s biggest developers. Later Friday, registered attendees are invited to join a welcome reception and social event featuring light fare and a free drink. All Friday activities take place at the DoubleTree Houston Hobby.

On Saturday and Sunday, the event shifts to the Lone Star Flight Museum, a 130,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned museum located on Ellington Airport (EFD), about a 15-minute drive from the DoubleTree and Hobby Airport. Nestled amongst warbirds, fighter jets, and drones, attendees will find hands-on flight simulation exhibits where they can try the latest in flight simulation software and hardware. Speaker rooms will feature how-to seminars and educational discussions throughout the weekend. Museum admission is included with FlightSimExpo registration.

Cheap Airfares Inbound

As usual, the FlightSimExpo team has secured agreements with multiple airlines to offer cheaper airfares to those traveling to the show in Houston. Delta, United and Southwest are all part of the discount range. There are additional savings to be had on aircraft parking (for those flying in), car rental and local attractions.
