FLIGHTSIMEXPO ANNOUNCES DATES AND ORLANDO LOCATION FOR 2019
After the success of the first community driven event, the FSExpo team confirmed that the 2019 event planning had begun. With over 1100 people taking part in the event earlier last month, and selling out a large Las Vegas ballroom, it was looking likely the team were prepared to take it to the next level. Today, we can announce, along with FSExpo and other media partners, that FSExpo 2019 will be held on June 7-9 2019 at the Renaissance Orlando.
“We are proud to have based our location on input from developers, exhibitors, attendees, and the flight simulation community,” says Phil Coyle. “In a recent Twitter poll, Orlando was voted the best location for 2019, consistent with feedback we’ve received from those who joined us in Las Vegas in 2018.”
Orlando is known for its family friendly activities and huge range of things to do. From the theme parks, markets and fun fairs. Furthermore, those travelling can take full advantage of the large international airports that are both nearby and within a few hours drive.

Although no developers or publishers have yet to officially confirm, we are pleased to announce that FSElite will be representing the community as a Media Partner yet again. We have listened to your feedback regarding our coverage from the previous event and have already started the process of ensuring we deliver the best experience to everyone.
At last year’s sell out event, FSExpo was supported by big names including Orbx, 1C Game Studios, FlyJSim, PILOT’S, REX Simulations, X-Plane, Aerosoft, Infinite Flight, NATCA, Navigraph, PilotEdge, ProSim, simFlight/simMarket. We’re hoping that many of these names appear at the event next year.
“When I was on site a few weeks ago, it was clear the venue is a great fit for FlightSimExpo,” says Evan Reiter, one of the conference’s co-founders. “Food is made from scratch in-house, the ballrooms are beautiful, there is a pool, arcade, and outdoor game spaces…really, it’s going to make for a fantastic event!”
It’s also been confirmed that registration will begin in December 2018 and weekend tickets will start at the low price of $50.
