FlightSim Studio has recently shared an update on their extension for the E190/195, the E-Jets Freighter (P2F) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Announced back in December 2023, FlightSim Studio has said the first internal tests have begun and it won’t be too long before you can fly this variant in the simulator.
They have mentioned that the E-Jets Freighter variant is similar to the current release of the E190/195, so apart from the visual differences, there are only slight changes to the EFB. They have modelled the cargo cabin and the main cargo door can be opened via the EFB or a special panel in the cabin, a GSX configuration file will be included in the release.
As the real-world counterpart has only recently taken off on its first test flight, FlightSim Studio has said their source data was quite limited and there may be deviations from the real model. As for liveries, FlightSim Studio has created several fictional liveries as no airline operates the freighter as of yet.

FlightSim Studio has noted that this release will not affect the development timeline of their custom FMS (including LNAV and VNAV), it is only a different 3D model. The freighter variant will be free of charge to those who already own the E170/175 and E190/195, but if you only own one variant you have the choice to either buy the other missing E-Jets package and get the freighter for free or purchase the freighter as a stand-alone product.
The stand-alone E-Jets Freighter will be offered at a reduced price during the Early Access period and it will also be the first E-Jet model from FlightSim Studio to be available via the MSFS Marketplace. The other models may also follow eventually.
There is no release date confirmed as of yet from FlightSim Studio but make sure to stay tuned to FSElite for further updates.
