FlightSim Studio has announced the Boeing 727 Passenger for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, coming in April 2025.
The Boeing 727-200 passenger variant is a trijet airliner developed in the 1960s, with a cruise speed of Mach 0.90, a range of 2,700 nautical miles and a service ceiling of 42,000ft, it became one of the most successful and widely used aircraft of its time, particularly for short to medium haul flights.
FlightSim Studio have also announced the Boeing 727 Super 27 Expansion which will include a Modern Avionics Package, GPS, EFIS, Navigation Systems (FMS), Digital Gauges, and a New Autopilot system. Also included will be upgraded engines, the Pratt & Whitney JT8D-217s or JT8D-219s. The Super 27 Expansion will be coming in late 2025.





FlightSim Studio E-Jets Updates
FlightSim Studio hasn’t forgotten about their E-Jet Series and announced new updates that include a new custom MCDU with navdata import, performance improvements of up to 10FPS on average, realistic IRS alignment, enhanced custom LNAV with better flight tracking, weather radar on HSI, new MFD plan modes, new MFD pop out windows including full frame and buttons, vertical situation display and enhanced autoland.
