In a forum post, FlightFactor has published a short statement regarding the future of their successful A320 Ultimate add-on aircraft for X-Plane.
Many questions have been sent to the developer in late months in regards to the future of the model which has so far received more than one-hundred updates since initial release. The aircraft is still ‘technically’ in open beta but in fact, it is one of the most whole and complete models in X-Plane and is quite stable. The team are still fully committed to holding the objectives outlined on this webpage.
As for what’s currently going on, the team consists of just two people working full time and few others part-time. The issues currently being worked on is VR support, friendly dataref and command interface and the weather radar coupled with some other small tasks. The next update is already in closed beta with some of the issues/features mentioned.
We’ll ensure to keep you up-to-date on the latest updates regarding the Flight Factor A320 Ultimate.
If you don’t already own it, you can grab a hold of the Flight Factor A320 Ultimate on the X-Plane.org store for a price of $89.95 (Excl. VAT) for X-Plane 10 or 11.
