Flightbeam has issued a new update for their KSFO: Captain’s Edition scenery. The scenery, covering San Francisco International Airport, has been updated to version 1.2. The update brings with it new models, lighting improvements, configuration options and more.
Flightbeam has developed all-new, custom taxi lights that will highlight your path as you move over the airport. The lights have been accurately coloured and feature custom glow effects. The airport features new glideslope antennas that can be found at several of the runways. The 1.2 update also features a new configuration option for the amount of ground clutter at the gate. This can be useful if your GSX vehicles were conflicting with some of the vehicles and clutter previously modelled. The developer does note that there is little performance to be gained here as the models were already optimised a lot. Last but not least, the update includes general lighting improvements and added geographic position markings.
Flightbeam’s KSFO: Captain’s Edition 1.2 update is available right now through Contrail, with the Marketplace update following soon. If you do not yet own Flightbeam’s latest flagship scenery, you can purchase it for €18,95 (excl. VAT) through Contrail.
