It has felt like forever, but Flightbeam seems to be making some great progress towards finally releasing Auckland Airport (NZAA) for Prepar3D. In a new post on Flightbeam’s website, the team shared some “juicy” new previews of the airport in action within the simulator.
The post shared on the Flightbeam blog highlighted that the new previews show the “completed groundwork” along with other areas of the airport. We can see from the shots ourselves that the jetways are coming along nicely, along with ground service equipment and clutter. The terminal building also appears extremely detailed with plenty of signage and other finer details that Flightbeam is known for.
We can only hope that Flightbeam is close to releasing the Prepar3D version of Auckland. Simmers have waited a long time for the airport to come to the platform and the previews certainly don’t make the wait any easier. If you do want to see development progress, you can check out other previews here. Microsoft Flight Simulator fans will also get to enjoy the airport in the simulator and you can see progress on that version here.
