Flightbeam Auckland (NZAA) – Small Teaser Image of Development Progress

One of the most requested airports in flight simulation has had a rough development journey, but progress seems to be well underway at Flightbeam to bring Auckland (NZAA) to the simulator.

In a recent email from Flightbeam, a small teaser image was shared highlighting the modelling work that Amir is bringing to the airport. It’s small, but shows that once again, Flightbeam are going above and beyond to bring this airport to life. In the email Flightbeam even said “wait… are those window blinds modelled?”

We have reached out to Flightbeam to see if we can get any further screenshots, so we shall see. We have also requested a high resolution image, so we’ll replace it if we do get one.

In related news, Flightbeam, in partnership with iBlueYonder, released their first X-Plane airport earlier this week. You can buy Portland XP from the site right now for $29.99.
