Over on their Facebook, Flight Replicas has shared another development update regarding their current projects.
Starting with perhaps the biggest topic: the Spitfire. With the update post came a single preview image of the aircraft in MSFS. According to the developer they have started upgrading their Spitfire from a Mk. 1A to a Mk. Vb. The preview gives us a bit of an insight into the cockpit of the aircraft. It shows a nicely modeled cockpit with a fair amount of detail visible just from the preview. The Spitfire Mk. V was basically a Mk. 1 with a Merlin 45 series engine. The ‘B’ variant that’s being modeled by Flight Replicas also featured a new wing design with a different weapons load-out.

Before the Spitfire, Flight Replicas is still expected to release the Fox Moth. This aircraft has been in development for several months now. According to the team the aircraft is with Microsoft for testing, but some issues came back that need to be resolved first before a release can happen.

Last but not least, the P-40N just got updated as well. The update fixes a camera issue that was inadvertently introduced in the previous update, as well as some localization changes.
