Flight Factor has provided details on the release schedule and pricing for its anticipated 777-300ER for X-Plane 12.
Ahead of release, selected content creators will be given early access, with previews and livestreams expected to appear in the coming days. This will offer simmers a closer look at the aircraft’s systems, performance, and overall experience before it officially lands.
The Boeing 777-300ER project represents a crucial addition to FlightFactor’s broader 777 V2 family. The -300ER is the largest and most widely operated passenger variant of the Boeing 777, extensively used by airlines like Emirates, Qatar, and Cathay Pacific. As a result, the -300ER will open more long-distance routes across the world for X-Plane fliers.
For existing 777v2 owners, the -300ER will be available as a $30 upgrade, while new customers will be able to purchase it as a standalone package for $89. The aircraft comes equipped with the powerful GE90-115BL engines as standard, with the GE90-115B variant also included for those who own the optional engine expansion.
Flight Factor has confirmed that the 777-300ER will release for X-Plane 12 on April 16th 2026. We will keep you posted once the product is made available. In the meantime, check out the latest series of previews.
