Dynamic, procedurally generated missions let pilots create a wide variety of mission types in real time. Each mission is created based on location, duration, and equipment preferences, ensuring no two scenarios feel the same.
An Intelligent Dispatch System sits at the core of EmergencyDispatcherPro, acting as the main interface pilots use in order to assign missions, track progress in flight, and run debriefs after completing missions. Inside the sim, an MSFS 2024 EFB app serves as the primary interface for mission management and situational awareness. Functions include a mission briefing interface, mission generation, real-time objective tracking and status updates, navigation support, dispatcher communication, patient care interaction, Navigraph integration for enroute maps, and VR compatibility.
An integrated patient state simulation adds a simulation layer designed to enhance realism in medical and rescue missions. Key characteristics include dynamic patient condition states, time dependent progression (influenced by mission duration and pilot response time), and contextual triggers such as environmental exposure, transport conditions, or a delay in pickup.
The patient simulation also simulates a highly detailed medical framework covering all 206 bones in the human body, enabling never-before-seen mission variability. Users can also influence treatment indirectly through controlled medication administration that dynamically affects the patient’s state in real time. This system was tested by real-world MDs, firefighters, and paramedics/nurses in an effort to create an authentic, immersive experience.
