A new mission ecosystem is coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Developed by Miravia Softworks and published by Aerosoft, EmergencyDispatcherPro adds dispatcher-driven SAR, medevac, and maritime response profiles to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

EmergencyDispatcherPro’s core mission experience is built around two distinct mission families: maritime response along coastal operating areas, and inland or special missions where terrain, traffic, restricted airspace, and timing change the call.
The platform is built around procedural mission generation, meaning pilots choose the base and mission type while the platform handles the rest. Custom assets such as vessels, life rafts, smoke, and fire make each scene feel active and believable, while a dynamic patient model factors cold-water exposure, delays in locating the scene, and airmanship into the patient’s vitals. After each mission, a debrief helps pilots get a detailed breakdown of the flight including score, timeline, and improvement notes.
According to the developer, the patient simulation is a “bit over done,” as it takes into account all 206 bones in the human body and miniscule details such as electrolyte balances, blood levels, and even mood swings.
Thanks to an integrated MSFS 2024 EFB app, VR users can start a mission and manage key mission actions from inside the simulator. Supported voice controls provide pilots with another way to advance the mission without breaking immersion.
Importantly, EmergencyDispatcherPro is aircraft agnostic, but the best experience can be had with the Miltech MH60, CowanSim S76c++, HPG H145, Blackbird C130, Miltech CH-47D, Miltech V22, MSFS H225, MSFS EC135, and Stratoware/Miltech MBB Bo 105.
Owners of the HPG H145 with Action Pack will be able to do hoist missions as shown in the release trailer.
