Drzeweicki Design Seattle City X and Seattle Airports X v.1.1 Released

Two days ago, Drzewiecki Design previewed their latest shots of KSEA Seattle Tacoma. They said then that the release was coming soon, and they weren’t joking because today v1.1 of both the Seattle City X and Seattle Airports X packages has been released!

I’ll skip the detailed rundown of what this package brings, and just hit on the major points. v1.1 brings Drzewiecki’s long awaited SeaTac scenery depicting the airport in the state it’ll be in once all of the planned construction is finished around 2021. The airport is said to be extremely optimized and with very good performance, and should serve as a great alternative for those who find Taxi2Gate’s version to be a bit too performance heavy on their system, or for those wanting the futuristic rendition of the airport. It should be noted that Drzeweicki’s scenery is compatible with Taxi2Gate’s rendition, so don’t let that stop you if you’re planning on using T2G’s version instead of Drzeweicki’s.

While KSEA is certainly the star of the update, that isn’t the only thing it adds. V.1.1 also adds the passenger terminal at KPAE Paine Field which is due to open later this year and will have daily service by Southwest, Alaska and United. Other small improvements and tweaks are also included, such as a new Dreamlifter static model at the Dreamlifter Operations Center at Paine, as well as other new static models like the 747-8 and new liveries for some of the existing models.

While this update certainly sounds great, like most things in this world, it comes at a price. Previous owners of the Seattle Airports X package can upgrade for a price of 12 euros at Simmarket or the FSPS Store, while owners of Seattle City X can grab the update for free. The package price of the Seattle Airports X product has also risen, from 25 to 35 euros due to factoring in the price of the update.

V1.1 Changelog:

– KSEA airport added
– KPAE new passenger terminal added (with interior and SODE jetways)
– KPAE new static aircraft (including Dreamlifter)
– KRNT new static aircraft
– Many little issues fixed
